On the request of learned counsel for the applicant-revisionist, the case is
passed over for the day with the direction that no further time shall be granted
to the applicant-revisionist. One fact is worth mentioning here that five illness
slips are already there on the records on various occasions and on the basis of
same, the case has been passed over on the relevant dates.

Let the matter be listed on 19th August, 2010 before the appropriate Bench
peremptorily.
