record. Office is directed to trace out the same and place it on
record.

Learned standing counsel prays for and is granted one week’s
further time to file counter affidavit. Petitioner shall have three
weeks thereafter to file rejoinder affidavit.

List thereafter.

The stay order already passed by this court is extended until
further order of this Court.

When the case is listed next office shall submit report regarding
service of notice on respondent no. 5. The respondent no. 5 shall
be at liberty to file counter affidavit in the meantime.
