Requisites for notice by ordinary process as well as under

registered cover with A/D must be filed within one week after

holiday failing which this application as against O.P. No.2 shall

stand rejected without any further reference to the Bench.

Till appearance of O.P. No.2, further proceeding

pending before the Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Complaint Case

No.2207©/2010 shall remain stayed in connection with all the five

petitioners named above.
