2/ 09.08.2010 The petitioners seek quashing of the order dated

17.9.2007 by which the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Buxar, has taken

cognizance in Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No.25 of 2006.

Submission of the counsel for the petitioner is that in fact

the place of occurrence is different and the informant and his father are

in the habit of filing false cases on account of which one of the cases

stood quashed by this court and he had also been convicted at earlier

point in time.

However, in my understanding, it is not the proper stage

to go into such aspects of the matter.

The application is dismissed.
