petitioner.

Petitioner if wants to pay the amount it

is open for him to make payment in the trial

court itself. After lapse of one year and eight

months of dismissal order dated 26.3.2009 passed

in Cr.Misc.No. 52792 of 2006 there can be no

ground to allow the petitioner for any relief

even on payment.

Hence, this application is dismissed.

It is made clear that payment shall be

made to opposite party no.2 in cash or through

demand draft or cheque in the court below.
