P.S. Case No. 168 of 2010 from the court of learned Chief

Judicial Magistrate, Araria and put up immediately after

receipt of the same.

In the meantime, for a period of three months

or till disposal of the case, whichever is earlier, no

coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioners,

namely, Udit Paswan, Meera Devi and Manoj Paswan, in

connection with aforesaid Araria P.S. Case No. 168 of

2010.
