J U D G M E N T
The claim in the writ petition is for appointment on
compassionate grounds, which was rejected by Ext.P3 order dated
05/03/2009. When this writ petition came up for admission on
22/03/2010, taking note of the fact that the pleadings in the writ
petition did not contain any details on the questions regarding the
petitioner’s marriage, her husband’s employment status etc., at the
request of the learned counsel for the petitioner time was given to
make available sufficient particulars. This petition again came up
for orders before this Court on 17/05/2010, when further time was
asked for. Even today, material particulars as sought for in order
dated 22/03/2010 have not been furnished either by affidavit or
otherwise.
Therefore, this writ petition is closed leaving it open to the
petitioner to file a fresh writ petition with sufficient particulars.
