After having heard counsel for the appellant and upon

perusal of the order of transfer and the available material, we find no

justifiable reason to infer that the transfer order is actuated with

ulterior motive or in contravention of the statutory provisions.

Seen thus, the order of the Single Judge cannot be said to

be faulted.

The Letters Patent Appeal is dismissed in limine.
