granted for surrender in Cr. Misc. No. 13102 of 2009,

pending before the Court of Sub-divisional Judicial

Magistrate, Bikramganj (Rohtas) in Complaint Case

No. 219 of 2006 is extended by four weeks from today.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to

the above mentioned court through Fax at the costs of

the petitioner.
