In our opinion, as on today, the reliefs sought for by the

petitioner does not survive for consideration of this court. Accordingly, the

original petition is disposed of, as having become unnecessary.

(2). In view of the order passed in the original petition, all

pending Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are rejected.
