3. 15.10.2011 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also

considered the show cause filed on behalf of opposite party no.3.

Considering the show cause it appears that there is no

fault on the part of the authority concerned as stated in paragraph

10 of the show cause wherein it has specifically been stated that

the petitioner himself had not made his signature at the proper

place and kept the authority slip for a long time with himself.

Be that as it may, in view of the statements made in the

show cause, I am not inclined to proceed further in the matter. The

M.J.C. application stands disposed of.
