In spite of notice that the matters placed in the supplementary list
of fresh cases will not be revised, the matter was called out repeatedly
but no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

Learned Standing Counsel has contended before this Court that in
this writ petition the petitioner has challenged the order of cancellation
of licence to run the fair price shop, which order is appealable in nature.
Therefore, we dismiss the writ petition, however, without imposing any
cost.

In any event, passing of this order will no way affect the right of the
petitioner, if any, to prefer the appeal.
