However, from perusal of the impugned order it appears

that it is purely interlocutory in nature and this civil

revisional application is not maintainable in view of

proviso to 115 C.P.C.

In view of the decision in Durga Dvi Vs.

Vijay Kumar Poddar reported in 2010(2) PLJR 954,

petitioner is granted four weeks time to convert this civil

revision application into an application under Article 227

of the Constitution of India, failing which this civil

revision application shall stand rejected without further

reference to a bench.
