substituting Sanju Devi, wife of original

petitioner Umesh Kumar, who died on

29.01.2007.

On the ground mentioned in the

substitution application, I.A. No. 1593 of

2007 is allowed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner

is permitted to add the name of substituted

petitioner in the petition and delete the

name of original petitioner who died on

29.01.2007.

Put up this case on 25.07.2011

retaining its position.
