07. 25.01.2011 This matter has been placed for correction of

clerical error, which has cropped up in paragraph 1

and 2 of the Order, dated 10.01.2011.

The name of the appellant, Umesh Mahto

has wrongly been typed as Umesh Mandal in both the

paragraphs of the Order, dated 10.01.2011. It is

corrected as Umesh Mahto. The Order is corrected

and modified to the above extent.

This Order be communicated to the Court

below through fax, if the requisite cost be deposited

by the appellant.
