Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The prayer asked for in this petition is for constitution of a
Corporation. The petitioners should be well advised to approach the State
Government because it pertains to a policy decision and the State
Government will take appropriate action as deemed fit in the circumstance
of the case.

With this observation, this petition is disposed of.
