ORAL
ORDER

1. Heard
learned advocate Mr. M. B. Gandhi appearing for applicant.

2. This
Court has passed order on 20/1/2011 in Civil Revision Application
No.260 of 2010 directing the Trial Court to frame all the issues
including preliminary issues raised by petitioner and decide Regular
Civil Suit No.106 of 1992 on merits while considering all issues as
early as possible preferably within a period of six months from date
of receiving copy of said order after giving reasonable opportunity
of hearing to respective parties.

3. In
pursuance to aforesaid directions issued by this Court to Principal
Civil Judge and JMFC, Umreth, District-Anand one application is
received by registry of this Court dated 10/8/2011 wherein request is
made to extend further period of six months for reaching to its final
conclusion.

4. Considering
it, further time is extended for a period of six months from the date
of receiving copy of present order. Let that may be complied
properly and effectively by Principal Civil Judge and JMFC, Umreth,
District-Anand.

5. In
view of above, office submissions put of by registry of this Court
stands disposed of.
