Mr.Ravi Karnavat, learned advocate for the petitioners.

Issue
notice for final disposal returnable on 27.12.2011.

In
the meanwhile, the impugned order dated 3.9.2011 passed by the
learned Principal District Judge to the extent that the same directs
the Estate Officer of the authority to file an affidavit furnishing
the information referred to in the said order is hereby stayed.
However, it would be permissible for the petitioners herein to file
an affidavit affirmed by any other officer of the petitioner
furnishing the information as directed by the order dated 3.9.2011.
