Learned counsel for the respondent states that the grievance of the
petitioner has been redressed by the respondents.

However, in view of the fact as stated by respondent counsel, as
grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, this petition has
become infructuous. Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed as
having become infructuous. Rule is discharged.
