After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner, on

instructions, seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an

appropriate review application on the basis of additional documents

relied on by the petitioner copies of which have also been given to the

respondent which were the basis of the order dated 08.01.2010 which

was impugned by the respondent before Tribunal.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
