informs this Court that inspite of her best
efforts, she has not been able to receive
instructions from the Principal Secretary,
Department of Agriculture to enable her to
file counter affidavit in the case. She
informs this Court that thrice communications
have been sent to him for the purpose.
In the circumstances, this Court directs
the Principal Secretary, Department of
Agriculture to appear in this case in person
on 10th December, 2010.
