further extended by one month from today in connection with

Bettiah Muffassil P.S. Case No. 232 of 2010 pending in the Court

of C.J.M., Bettiah.

Accordingly, the modification application is allowed.

Let the order be communicated through Fax at the cost

of the petitioners.
