ORAL ORDER
The
revisionist had preferred an application for transfer of Suit Nos.146
of 1992, 58 of 1994 and 12 of 1994 to one Civil Court. The learned
District Judge transferred Suit Nos.58 and 12 of 1994 to one Court,
whereas refused the relief to transfer Suit No.146 of 1992 to the
same Court and hence, this revision application.
2. When
the matter is called out and status of the suits was inquired through
the Registry from the District Court, it is reported that Suit No.146
of 1992 is already disposed of on 7.5.2003 and Suit Nos.58 and 12 of
1994 are pending for final arguments.
3. In
light of the above development, cause for this revision does not
survive. The revision application stands disposed of without any
orders. Rule is discharged.
