प्रो. रासा सिंह रावत (अजमेर): माननीय अध्यक्ष महोदय, मैं आपके माध्यम से सरकार का ध्यान इस तरफ आकर्षित करना चाहूंगा कि राजस्थान में अन्य राज्यों की तुलना में साक्षरता का प्रतिशत बहुत कम है। केन्द्र सरकार सर्व शिक्षा अभियान चला कर सबको शक्षित करने हेतु पूरा धन मुहैया करा रही है। राजस्थान में वर्तमान में जो कांग्रेस सरकार है, उसने राजीव गांधी स्वर्ण जयन्ती पाठशालाएं खोल कर शिक्षा का राजनीतिकरण कर दिया। आठवीं पास, कहीं-कहीं सेवादल के कार्यकर्ता और ऐसे ही लोगों को सरपंच की मर्जी पर ही पढ़ाने के लिए नियुक्त करने से शिक्षा के स्तर में निरन्तर गिरावट आई है। इससे प्रशक्षित शिक्षकों में रोष एवं असंतोष व्याप्त है। राज्य को प्राप्त अन्य मदों का खर्च भी इन शालाओं में व्यय किए जाने में अनियमितताएं हो रही हैं।…( व्यवधान )
