learned counsel for the State.

The submission on behalf of the lady

petitioner under Sections- 302, 448/34 of Indian Penal

Code is of false implication in an omnibus allegation of

assault along with other male members of the family.

Considering that the petitioner be a lady let

the petitioner above named be enlarged on bail upon

furnishing the bail-bonds of Rs.20,000/- (twenty

thousand) along with two sureties of the like amount

each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,

Rohtas at Sasaram in Ankorahi Gola P.S. Case

No.38/2010.
