                       J U D G M E N T

This writ petition is filed with a prayer to direct the first

respondent to enquire into the truth of the allegations in

Ext.P1 complaint through an officer not less than the rank of

a Dy.S.P. The Public Prosecutor had obtained instructions

and it is submitted that on the basis of Ext.P1 complaint a

crime has been registered as Crime No.103/09 of the

Peroorkada Police Station and it is being enquired by the

Circle Inspector of Police, Peroorkada. Since action is

initiated no further direction is necessary. Recording the

submission regarding the registration of the crime and

investigation, this writ petition is closed.
