Heard
Mr. S.P. Majmudar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Dipen
Desai, learned A.G.P. for the respondents.
With
regard to the allegations and prayers made in this petition, Mr.
Dipen Desai, learned A.G.P., states that an inquiry was held into the
allegations made in this petition and in the representation of the
petitioner and a report has also been submitted to the higher
officers in the Government.
In
view of the fair statement made by Mr. Dipen Desai, learned A.G.P.
that an inquiry was held and a copy of the report will be supplied to
the petitioner, Mr. S.P. Majmudar, learned counsel for the
petitioner, does not press the petition at this stage in order to
take appropriate steps after reading the report.
Accordingly,
the petition is disposed as withdrawn in view of the aforesaid
statements coming from the learned counsel for the parties.
