It is true that by order dated 13.05.2010, this case was directed to be
listed in 3rd week of July, 2010. The case has been shown in the
cause list, and the counsel for the parties are present, when it has
been called out.

As far as petitioner is concerned, requisite relief, which could have
been granted to him, has already been extended by order dated
13.05.2010, and no cause of action survives on his behalf. As far as
internal enquiry is concerned, it has been assured by Smt. Sunita
Agrawal, learned counsel representing the University, that the enquiry
would be concluded, in accordance with law and brought to its logical
end.

In these circumstances, present writ petition is disposed of.
