The
matter is on board today. The matter was called out in the first
half, but the learned advocate Mr. Sharma for the petitioner was not
present. Instead of dismissing the matter, the same was kept back so
as to enable the learned advocate for the petitioner to present the
case of the petitioner. Even in the second half, on second call, the
learned advocate for the petitioner is not present. Hence, the
matter is dismissed for non-prosecution.
