Mukesh Kumar appears for respondent no.1. Let learned counsel

for the appellants serve two copies of this brief on the learned

Assistant Solicitor General for the Government of India within

one week, failing which this appeal shall stand rejected without

further reference to the Bench.

2. Mr. Sidharth Prasad, learned junior counsel to Mr.

Chittaranjan Sinha appears and submits that he will accept

notice on behalf of respondent no.3. Let learned counsel for the

appellants serve two copies of the brief on Mr. Sidharth Prasad

within one week, failing which this appeal shall stand rejected

without further reference to the Bench.

3. Put up ‘For Admission’ after four weeks at the top of

the list with a view to its final disposal. The time in the

meanwhile may be utilised by the parties for completion of

pleadings.
