3. 11.07.2008 After some argument learned Counsel for the

petitioners prays for leave to withdraw this application to

pursue his representation at Annexure 5 as it is the contention

of the petitioners that their case is covered by certain decision

of this Court in pursuance of which matters are being examined

by a Committee.

This Court expresses no opinion on that aspect of the

matter in so far as the petitioners are concerned.

The writ application is dismissed as withdrawn.
