                            J U D G M E N T

Prayer sought in the writ petition is for a direction to

the first respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P6, an

application made by the petitioner for NOC for running the

quarry.

2. Having regard to the pendency of the aforesaid

request, writ petition is disposed of, directing the first

respondent to consider Ext.P6 in the light of the materials

available and pass orders thereon, as expeditiously as

possible, at any rate, within a period of four weeks from the

date of production of a copy of this judgment.

Petitioner to produce a copy of this judgment and writ

petition before the first respondent for compliance.
