                              J U D G M E N T

Petitioner claims that she is entitled for promotion to

the post of Chief Tutor from 2.4.2002. She has filed Ext.P3

representation before the first respondent. In case no action has

been taken in the matter, petitioner may produce a copy of this

judgment before the first respondent, in which case, appropriate

orders in accordance with law on Ext.P3 will be passed within

another three months.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
