                         J U D G M E N T

Alleging disobeyance of Annexure A1 order, this Contempt

Case has been filed by the writ petitioner. Today, the learned

Government Pleader brought to my notice a letter

No.B1/7619/2008 dated 24.03.2010, a fax message, of the

Deputy Director of Collegiate Education informing that the said

officer has sanctioned the Pension Revision of the petitioner on

24.03.2010 and forwarded the same to the Accountant General

for authorization. Recording the same, this Contempt Case is

closed.
