                           J U D G M E N T

Petitioner submits that he is a permanent Farm Labourer.

According to him he is entitled to be appointed as Tractor Driver.

Ext.P1 is the recruitment rules which show that feeder category No.3

from which appointment is permitted is from among the last grade

servants. Admittedly petitioner does not come within the category of

last grade servants and therefore he is not in the feeder category,

in which event he cannot seek a direction as sought for.

Writ Petition fails and is dismissed.
