                          J U D G M E N T

The issue pertains to the alleged irregularities in the

disbursement of amounts by the Panchayat, for the House

Construction and Total Sanitation Scheme. It is seen that Ext.P11

representation filed by the petitioners is pending before the 4th

respondent. There will be a direction to the 4th respondent to pass

appropriate orders on Ext.P11, if not already passed, within two

months from the date of production of a copy of the judgment,

with notice to the petitioners and respondents 2 and 6. It will be

open to the Panchayat to take further action in the matter of

disbursement of the amounts subject to the order passed by the

4th respondent.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
