                               JUDGMENT

Koshy, Ag.C.J.

This is a petition for police protection. Petitioner filed

Ext.P3 before the Sub Inspector of Police. Without expressing any

opinion regarding the civil disputes between the parties, we direct the

third respondent to consider Ext.P3 and if the allegations are found

correct, take appropriate action. Police is also directed to see that

law and order is maintained.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
