                         J U D G M E N T

Petitioner approached this Court when his appointment was

cancelled as per Exhibit P6. Subsequently, the Government by

order dated 05.05.2007 has requested the Public Service

Commission to revive Exhibit P1 advice.

2. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of directing the

Public Service Commission to take appropriate action for revival

of the advice in terms of the Government request within a period

of one month from the date of production of a copy of this

judgment by the petitioner.
