It
is represented by Mr. B.S. Patel, learned counsel for the petitioners
that against the order dated 22nd December, 2009 (Coram:-
Jayant Patel, J.), the petitioners had preferred a Letters Patent
Appeal which has been finally disposed of. It is further submitted
that the petitioner has filed a Note for Speaking to Minutes, in
respect of the order of the Division Bench, disposing of the said
appeal. No copy of the order of the Division Bench in the appeal has
been produced, before this Court. The learned counsel for the
petitioner, therefore, prays for time in order to produce the same.
