learned Advocate Mr. EE Saiyad for the applicant and learned
Advocate Ms. Kiran Pandey for opponent No.2.Rule has not been
received back for opponent no. 1 who is a driver of opponent NO.2 ST
Corporation.

Therefore,
considering the averments made by the applicant in this application
supported by affidavit and also considering the submissions made by
both the learned advocates, delay of 20 days in filing of the appeal
is hereby condoned since sufficient cause has been established by
the applicant to the satisfaction of this Court.

This
civil application is accordingly allowed. Rule is made absolute
accordingly with no order as to costs.
