                      JUDGMENT

Counsel for the petitioner submits that without

prejudice to the petitioner moving review

application in the court below for review of the

orders dismissing the restoration application and

the delay condonation application, this writ

petition be disposed of.

In the result, I dispose of this writ petition

without prejudice to the petitioner filing review

petition in the court below for review of the

orders passed by the court below on restoration

application and delay condonation application.
