This
petition has been preferred seeking directions to respondent Nos. 2
and 3 to de-freeze the Cash Credit Account No.372005060000102 and
Current Account No.372001010036515 maintained by the petitioner with
respondent No.4, namely, Union Bank of India, Ashram road Branch,
C.U.Shah Chambers, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad.

Learned
Senior Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 states
under instructions from Shri Rajesh Pandey, Deputy Director,
Enforcement Directorate, Ahmedabad that respondent-Authorities shall
communicate to respondent No.4 that the 2 (two) accounts mentioned
herein before shall no longer remain under attachment and stand
de-freezed on and from 7th October, 2010.

In
light of the aforesaid statement, grievance ventilated in the
petition does not survive and hence, learned advocate for the
petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition under
instructions. Permission granted. Petition stands disposed of as
withdrawn in the circumstances. Notice discharged.
