Notice
to the remaining respondent Nos.1 to 5 returnable on 10th
July, 2008. It is further observed that the respondent No.6 shall
make sincere attempt by taking assistance of Forensic Laboratory
where the matter has been sent for verification and genuineness of
the signature to produce the report before this Court. It would also
be open to the respondent No.6 to produce the copy of the order
before the Director of the concerned laboratory.
