It
is submitted by learned Advocate for the applicants that both the
applicants have surrendered before the Court below and at present
they are in judicial custody.
In
that view of the matter, Notice qua respondent No.1 returnable on
26/04/2011. Mr.L R Pujari, learned APP waives service of notice on
behalf of respondent No.2. Interim – relief in terms of
paragraph No.8(C) is granted on a condition that the applicants shall
deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only)
before the trial Court on or before the returnable date. The
applicants are ordered to be released on bail on their furnishing
personal bond of Rs.5,000/- each and like amount of the surety to
the satisfaction of the lower Court.
