ORDER
RULE.
Learned APP Mrs. Manisha L. Shah waives service of notice of Rule
for the respondent – State.
Heard
the applicant – party-in-person who is on parole as per the
order dated 29.07.2011 passed in Special Criminal Application
No.1908/2011 and who seeks extension of parole on the ground that
the agricultural work undertaken is not over. In support of the
above, necessary certificates have been annexed alongwith land
revenue record.
Considering
the jail record, time to surrender before the jail authority now
stands extended for a further period of two weeks, on
the same terms and conditions, and to the satisfaction of the jail
authority and on completion of the parole period, the applicant
shall surrender in time before the jail authority.
With
the aforesaid observation and direction, this application stands
allowed to the aforesaid extent. Rule made absolute accordingly.
Direct Service is permitted.
