                            J U D G M E N T

The petitioner filed this writ petition seeking the following

reliefs:

i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate
writ, direction or order commanding respondents 1 and 2
to conduct the supplementary examinations of MBBS IIIrd
professional Part II, before 24.10.2008, as stipulated in
the regulations of the Medical Council of India.

ii) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate
writ, direction or order commanding respondents 1 to 3 to
consider grant of grace marks of 5 to the petitioners in
clinical and in practical of MBBS IIIrd Professional Part II
examination.

2. Learned Standing Counsel submits that Part I

supplementary final year MBBS examination is scheduled to be

conducted from 25th July, 2008 onwards and Part II examination

would be completed before October, 2008.

This is recorded and the writ petition is closed.
