ORDER

The
learned counsel for the petitioner has relied upon the decision of
the Calcutta High Court in the case of Hasi Mazmudar & Anr. Vs.
West Bengal State Electricity Board reported at AIR 2006 Calcutta
page 51 as well as the subsequent decision of this Court (Coram:
Akshay H.Mehta, J.) taking the same view in Special Civil Application
No.2966/07 decided on 17.07.2007.

Rule.

By ad interim order, there shall be stay against the recovery of the
impugned bill.
