In this testamentary case objections have been filed for
grant of ‘Letter of Administration’ in favour of the applicant
by one Banwari Lal Gupta, who is said to be the respondent
no.3 and is represented by Sri Manish Goyal, Advocate.
However, in the revised call Sri Manish Goyal is not present.
Therefore, the case is passed over for the day.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicant may, if he so
desire, file response to the said objection, in the meantime.
