From annexure-D to the show cause filed on
behalf of O.P. no.6, the Principal Government Girls High
School, Bankipore, it transpires that P.P.O and G.P.O in
favour of the petitioner have been issued prior to 6-11-09
and this intimation has been sent by the Principal to the
Treasury Officer, Patna on 6-11-09 vide annexure-D.
Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly
submits that he has received no instruction from his
client and, therefore, no reply could be filed to the show
cause.

In the facts of the case, this contempt
application is finally disposed of.
