                                  JUDGMENT

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by memo dated

16.10.2008, issued by the District Officer of the Kerala Public Service

Commission, the petitioner is informed that she has been advised for

recruitment as H.S.A. (Natural Science). By order dated 13.11.2008, the

Deputy Director of Education, Kannur has passed the order of

appointment. In view of the subsequent developments, the Writ Petition

has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.
